Spearheaded the GTM strategy for our Referral Management solution, conducting extensive research via 12 GLG expert calls and an online survey of 250+ executives. Analyzed responses and uncovered quantitative insights that shaped our positioning and multi-channel campaign, featuring proprietary research report, targeted content, and strategic launch at international event. I developed tailored messaging for each funnel stage, orchestrated a PR campaign featured in PR Newswire and Business Insider, and executed digital campaigns across LinkedIn and industry newsletters. Amongst many other product launches in my career, I also orchestrated the launch of Kai, an AI co-pilot for responding to technical security questionnaires. It quickly became Scrut's most successful launch, achieving over 50 upsells, featuring a webinar with 100+ attendees, and dominating industry conversations that week. Post-launch, our website traffic surged by 200%.
I spearheaded marketing the UI/UX revamp of the Scrut SaaS platform - enhancing user experience via a new color palette, navigation overhaul, and easier workflows. By effectively communicating these changes via videos, how-to-guides, targeted emails and webinars, we achieved a 25% increase in user engagement, a 30% drop in support inquiries, and a 15% rise in customer satisfaction within 3 months of launch.
Engaged in this 5 month primary-research based project for OptumCare’s positioning and messaging. I led the scoping and fielding of focus group discussions across 6 US locations, analyzing findings through sentiment analysis, picture perceptions, and word associations to arrive at the most ideal messaging for customers of different target segment. Received recognition for final deliverables.
Identified Medicaid as a key segment with high business potential and launched Medicaid Center of Excellence - a platform for Medicaid community to share ideas, information, and best practices. Built digital asset library including multiple customer stories, press releases, whitepapers and leveraged insights from the community for targeted marketing strategies resulting in 25 new leads in a single quarter.

This one, in particular, highlights the success story of M&C Aero, a France-based SaaS company. The project involved preparing targeted questionnaires and conducting in-depth interviews with the Security and Compliance Officer and analyzing the insights to extract key success metrics—300% faster response to security questionnaires, 50% less time in risk mitigation, and 3.5X more risks discovered. I then crafted the case study narrative and got it published within a tight timeframe. I interviewed multiple stakeholders at CHESS, researched, analyzed, and documented the key outcomes - including 23% reduction in readmissions and $3M+ value generation - crafting a compelling narrative that demonstrated our solution's ability to standardize care protocols and unify patient data. The case study became a valuable sales enablement asset effectively showcasing our platform's impact on healthcare operations and ROI across multiple other segments of customers.
